SCHRADER'S COUNTRY STORE REMODEL

Client:  Schrader Oil Company
Project Value:  $533,099

Client:  The Archdiocese of Denver
Project Value:  $1,300,000
Architect:  Basis Architecture
The project featured a 4600 square foot log addition and a significant remodel to the existing structure. The original building was constructed in 1948 and a critical component of this project was to honor the historic features of the archetypal structure while incorporating modern elements for parishioner use. Design elements included installing life safety upgrades to the existing structure, matching new log and stone features of the 1948 construction.
